Outlandishly Scary

What it takes to win some folks to Jesus is a thorough examination of the painful fact of Hell- that's just a fact, outlandish as it might seem to some, Hell is in fact, a very real place; even though in our modern world we want to try and explain it away; sorry, all the "Kum-By-Yah" in the world won't help an unforgiven sinner who passes over, they will end up in Hell.  Hell is spoken of 54 times as translated in the King James Version of the Scriptures; and that's if you only credit the Christian or Jewish or Hebrew Holy Books, if you consider other books considered to be Holy, the Hell they present, is spoken of, numerous times.  A divide, a place where there is no rest, a place where there is no direction, a place of torment, a place where the fiery sense is that of heat so intense brimstone melts:
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Jesus said that Hell is very much like the trash dump outside the walls of Jerusalem where the rot burns in on itself and creates its own degenerate heat- those who have seen a trash dump in summer time know that it is in fact, hot under all that rubble because the degrading matter burns within itself, and it stinks beyond that which we would want to smell, and that smell clings to you.  Hell is a very real after life possibililty, at this point, because until the judgment is final, you have hope, you have a way to achieve the opposite of Hell, which is a place of direction, a place where it is reasonable and seasonable and peaceful, a place where the divide is gone and all is out in the open; so that there isn't anything to hide, and, there never has been; God knows what we're about, you can trust that, agree with Him and you will find yourself relaxing a good bit about who and what you are, as outlandish as that might seem.  So there you have two opposites, now the question is, what must a person do to avoid the calamity of Hell, and what can a person do to achieve the wonder and glory of Heaven?  That's a great question, and if you really don't know the answer, write me please.

Mat 5:22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
