Have you ever known someone who thought they understood things but didn't realize some aspect of those things that you did, but they wouldn't listen to you? The easiest way to make that clear is to think of the strategy game chess. In chess good players think ahead five or six moves ( a move in chess is when the white and black pieces have both been moved...), those who are considered superior strategically have learned to think ahead nine or ten moves. Bobby Fischer who many recognize as a player of historical dimensions is said to have been able to see twelve moves ahead! Currently one of the best players in the world is Susan Polger who is helping a new generation of Chess players get ready to see the future. One of the words that the Bible makes use of is appointed, when you are appointed it brings with it some things which must be done. When Susan Polger became one of the best chess players in the world, that appointed acknowledgment brought with it the influence to help others learn how to think about the game. She has done this and is doing this, as she honors the appointment. In your life, is it possible that you have an appointed purpose, and, do you know that that is? Is it possible that at different times in our lives, that might change? What about you, is your appointment going as it should?
And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;
Per Signum Crucsis (By The Sign of the Cross) De Inimicsis Nostre (From our Enemies) Libera Nos, Deus Noster (Deliver us, our God) In Nomine Patris (In the name of the Father) Et Filii (and of the Son) Et Spiritus SAncti (and of the Holy Spirit) Amen
