One of the hardest things to keep in mind when you're talking about a process of remembering, especially when it comes to discipling, bringing people to Jesus, bringing them back to Jesus; disciples learners, they may apply to you, they may attach to you because you; and they; get along they're your friends. They're your loved ones, they're your family, they're the people close to you. They're the people that know that you sin. They're the people that have seen your sin, they know your secrets that you don't want other people to know.

But guess what, Jesus said ultimately, they're going to be shouted from the rooftops, so the idea that you need to think that you can keep anything secret from God is a joke but that you would keep anything secret from Jesus, is a worst kind of cynical reprise by the accuser! The devil who would love for you not to confess your sin to Christ. If he can convince you the confessing your sin to Christ and repenting is not a worthwhile cause? Is not a worthwhile journey, is not a worthwhile thing to devote your daily prayer to. In the morning, too. And all day, throughout the day, and in the evening, when you put the Amen on it. I love what pastor Robbie Gallaty of Long Hollow church said, he said; he felt like Paul woke up in the morning and began the prayer with thank you, Jesus good morning, Lord, thank you Jesus and began his confessional journey for the day and then ended it that evening with an Amen.

Now, that's a rough paraphrase of what pastor Gallaty said, and I don't wanna misquote him, but you should really check out the forgotten Jesus podcast, it is an amazing; amazing podcast! By a scholar that while he likes Wes Huff. Huff the evangelistic director for Canada and I think most of us Christians have Begun to accept that Dr. Huff is an amazing human being an amazing historical level scholar; like Chad bird, the scholar in residence at Midwest, a lutheran seminary, or Robbie Gallaty, the pastor of Long Hollow Baptist church. Let's not let Robby Gallaty sell himself short, this is a man who has been mentored by David Platt, best selling author of "Radical," David Platt is the man who has put together incredible ministries reaching millions of people. Dr. Gallaty, is a scholar worth paying attention to.

In listening to, and one of the things that you learn in remembering about what you have been taught; is who taught it to you? Where were you, when you learned it? Who was it that was doing the teaching? What was the teaching about and then why, and really when you start to put together, who when where, why about any particular topic or subject that you've been instructed in by a Rabbi or a similar level leader; along the lines of that level of scholar.

Then you're going to discover that it starts to dig deep into the soul, not only of you, but of those whom you want to bring back to Christ. Disciples. So remember bear in mind that you have people that look at you and look to you and listen to you and pay attention to them, they need your attention, they need you to pay attention to them. They need to know that you care and love them, they need to know that no matter what you forgive them, because what are they going to do that you haven't done worse of; in terms of sin?

What do you have to forgive them of; or yourself of; in terms of sins that the accuser would love to keep you from doing so. Remember that our enemy as Peter says, is like a roaring lion, he's not talked about, like some clever being, who knows how to create lies over millions of years. This enemy has perfected its craft.

So believe me, when I share with you, the remembering is absolutely critical to getting with your disciples and keeping them coming back to Jesus back to Jesus. Why? Because our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ went to the cross and shed his blood for the remission of our sins and our being able to be forgiven about our sins, and to be members of the Kingdom of God! Did not do so in vain.
