RRR_recertify_language
Ad aspera ad Astra.
It is a rough road that leads to the stars. There are times in following God, when seemingly simple concepts like Genesis, 3;8 God walking in the cool of the day, 'rua yom'. They get past us, we let them go by, because we don't want to grasp is a significance of them simply because we do not know the language.
So when it comes to a process of recertify, perhaps one of the first things that we really ought to dig into is certifying itself.
How genuine?
In faith, if you are very genuine, in friendship with someone who does not speak your language?
But you're genuine, in your friendship, you like being in their presence, they like being in your presence, you share with them, they share with you. It is an exchange.
You are friends, you smile together in a way that only you can, but your language separates you, your kindness and your congeniality and your love, unite you and especially in Christianity.
But you don't know how to speak Korean, they don't know how to speak English, you can make the symbol of the cross and touch your heart, both of you get what the messages, but how much more spectacular is it, once you learn only a little smattering of their language Korean?
Now, you can communicate that you love them.
As a sister or a brother in Christ, and you can learn to say that relatively quickly how would you feel, put yourself for just a moment on a different kind of plane and think about this?
You have a language that you primarily use, God knows all languages because God is all-knowing obviously, but there is a language which He prefers it is the language that you easily simply and congenially speak. And you have Mankind that you've created
Adam
A man; that you've created and you and he speak Hebrew, I bet you if I were a betting man, which I'm not because; obviously, the bibles says thou-shalt-not bet, but if I were a betting man, I'd say the language that God and Adam exchanged prior to the fall was Hebrew?
Because of the way that he uses it as a language, symbolic, numerical valued a different kind of strange, kind of language. How would you like it? If the very people that you had given this gift, to said, no, too difficult, we don't want to be bothered to try to learn it? you wouldn't like that at all.
How pleased would you be if they picked up even a simple portion of it, "Shema, ysrael, Adonia echeshedron"? Even a simple part of it, badly mispronounced cause my Hebrew diction is terrible, but you get the point, and that's not a guilt trip, this is saying, can you actually please God?
Is it possible to please God, well, certainly, it is impossible, to please God if you don't come to him in (what?) faith, but how much of a better illustration of having some faith in the king of the universe, the creator of the universe, is it, if you bother to only learn some of his language?
Imagine how proud he'd be, if you ever got to the point where you could really speak that language and then begin to really communicate with him by doing what?
Be still and know, He is God.
