RRR_recertify_miracle

Miracle, it's such a great word, and it's such a great event. It's such a great happening in your life. Miracle, but how do you recognise a miracle? I'm gonna suggest to you that often times when a miracle is happening, it really doesn't look like a miracle.
It looks like pain or it looks like suffering or it looks like something disastrous. There's something in the scripture, which says that something that happened didn't look like it was intended for good, but that God intended it for good. Now that's real hard for us, because we we proof text Romans, 8:28, when we shouldn't. We shouldn't proof text it.
We should just take it as it is, but actually put it in context, look at everything, Paul had been through and yet, this man who had been nearly beaten to death. Moreover, on occasion, I think I it happened 3 times. Shipwrecked, which we think "ah shipwrecked," understand that means nearly drowning, nearly dying bitten by a Viper anyone else would. And we don't even see or hear the pain in that incident, because it's not relayed to us(?)
by the person who was bearing that pain.
You don't talk about a miracle? Miracles happen, miracles really do happen. Can we demand miracles? No, absolutely not.
Can we hope for miracles absolutely. Can we become spoiled children when it comes to miracles? You better believe we can.
Shouldn't we no, aren't we to pray for miracles? I would believe so, but how should we pray for miracles? Humbly humbly, I don't believe you should go blasting into the courts of the royal King Almighty creator of the universe, God; and stand there like some upset baby whining out of its crib, because it's hungry and it's not being taken care of like it needs to be! Yet, that's the presence of what our life might amount to as sinners. But that's not what God the creator of the universe needs to be exposed to.
He created us, he made us.
We are, in fact, miracles from God. Most people don't like to proclaim that. Most people aren't comfortable with that proclamation. What is a miracle? We see it in hindsight?
So when we talk about recertifying faith, your followership, your disciples, we're talking about sharing with people what has really happened in your life. And I know very few Christians who have actually been converted; born from above; born again, who haven't gone then into baptism. Which is important because it's a public declaration of that state of being born from above. Why else would Jesus go to John the Baptist in the Jordan? To be baptised?
He is sinless, he wasn't being baptised to have his sin washed away and what did happen? In the Jordan, that day God affirmed the Messiah. And that's denied, very heavily and history has tried to stamp that out. Just like history, wants to stamp out your new birth and just like history, wants to stamp that new birth out, you by faith and hope must recertify that you are born again and that can only happen through your life.
Your words are great. But you're life, is what counts. Live it for your disciples. Find your four and make sure that they can find their four, who then can find, their four. Don't let the practice of assembling yourselves together, cease happening by you,
because you are unwilling to be certified and to recertify your faith! Be strong, be of good courage and serve your God.
