Remembering Add on

In fact, we're sinners. Every person within the sound of my voice is a sinner. There is no such thing as a human being who is not a sinner.
There are people who claim that they do not sin, and it might be true, they could get away with a day, maybe possibly even 2 or 3 without committing a heinous sin, but they're sinners, because every person that is born of women as Paul says, is the sinner. Now, what that means is we do not have any sort of luxury to lay back in judgement, say, "Well, you know what, I haven't done that." And so, "look at me, how good I am", that's pridefulness, and when we go to God in prayer, if we've got pridefulness in our heart, why?
Would we expect that God would hear that prayer? Other than to try to correct our pridefulness, let that sink in; if you've prayed pridefully to God as just about any question, is going to be guilty of having prayed a prideful prayer at some time in their thousands of prayers, so don't feel guilty about it just understand that it happens. You've overlooked the magnificence of being what Paul calls weak and Paul says, when I am at my weakest Christ is at his strongest, and that is, in fact I think about the simplest of things which are the most profound, because very often simple things are the most profound? Einstein said, if you can't explain it to a sixth grader, you don't understand it well enough.
And I think about something that you know, if you're gonna, if you're gonna walk a mile in someone else's Moccasins, to get an understanding of what their walk is like, you better get over your aversion to stinky feet. Because we've all got stinky feet at some point.
In the process, none of us are sinless. Therefore, as sinners repenting and asking Christ to forgive us about sins let us go forth teaching others who are sinners that we can get into the act of washing their feet before a holy God, just as Christ washes all of our feet before a holy God, and we can say to that Amen Jesus, Come soon.
